Before stepping into the nonprofit world, Lisa sharpened her skills as a data analyst and corporate strategist, blending analytical precision with creative problem-solving. Over the years, she has led and advised prominent organizations, making her a trusted expert in fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and organizational development. She knows how to turn big goals into practical action—and make the process engaging along the way.

A Florida native, Lisa holds a B.A. from the University of North Florida and an MBA from Jacksonville University’s Davis School of Business, where she earned a fellowship for her contributions to the nonprofit sector. She is passionate about sustainability, strategic innovation, and helping organizations build a legacy that lasts.

When she’s not shaping the future of fundraising, Lisa embraces adventure—whether that’s traveling, water sports, enjoying bold coffee, or sparking lively conversations with family and friends. She is married to her junior high school sweetheart, proud mom of four adult children, three grandchildren, and the devoted human to one strong-willed cat who believes she runs the household.
